i wrote a few goals down that will hopefully lead me to accomplish more grandiose goals in the long run. these goals include: asleep by 1am, walk bagel twice a day, record/write music 4 times a week, lifestyle blog update every wednesday, and read a book a month on to a few more.
with perseverence, consistency, and discipline, it can and will be done.
