i played ball by myself today at the gym to get a little cardio in, and i was exhausted within the first 15 minutes. i wasn’t even running, i was shooting (missing) and chasing my own rebounds. i want to get in shape endurance wise, but i get very anxious when my heart rate quickens. gotta fight through it though.
tired within 15 minutes? 15 year-old me would kill me.
