i paid the government $269 dollars because a cop ‘caught’ me speeding 50 in a 35. the thing is, i wasn’t speeding 50 in a 35. i paid an attorney $99 dollars to fight this case for me. he told me i would only have to pay $113 more if he beat the case. turns out, he beat the case and i have to pay $269. what type of shit is this?! the government be scheming man, i swear.
they gotta be in this together, it’s no way around it.
