last year, a lady came to my door and gave me a demonstration of a vacuum she was trying to sell me made by a brand i had never heard of, kirby. i was thoroughly impressed by what the vacuum could do, but she wanted $1200 for it. that’s a lot of bread for a vacuum. hesitant, i passed on the offer. today, i rented a deep cleaning vacuum from lowe’s and needless to say, it isn’t as good as the kirby. it didn’t even get all the dog hair out the carpets like i wanted it to. but still, $1200 though?
