with kev in town, we hit crowder’s mountain to hike with bagel today. let me be the first to tell you, i’m out of shape big time. i do weights on a regular basis and walk with bagel, but my physical activity is much more casual than it is intense. the hike killed me. i had to stop about 5 times on our way to the top. at the top, we stood and took in the view. a gentleman had asked me about bagel as his two younger daughters politely asked if they could pet him. he told me they had 3 dogs as one of his daughters corrected him to 2. my interactions with people at the top were kind and genuine as we were all taking in the sunset.
when i got home, i passed out for an hour. i hate taking naps late, but i had no option. my body is going to be sore tomorrow, but the view was well worth it,
just ask the guy and his two daughters who spoke to me about bagel.
