i watched president donald trump, via time’s live facebook stream, address and listen to many people who advocated gun reform. i thought it was a great gesture, not only for him to listen to these victims, but it gave people who may be against gun reform the opportunity to listen to perspectives of people who have been directly affected by the lack of. i’m a firm believer in open dialogue, but an even firmer believer in listening.
let’s hope change will come soon.
