i sat in the living room of ms. sam’s house in holly springs eating khatiew as my mom told me today was the longest day of the year. that means two things.
1) summer is officially here.
and
2) the nights will get progressively longer from here on out.
i’m excited for what the summer holds. with everything going on, it’s lined up to be a great one. i’m hopeful it’ll be filled with new experiences, more growth, and better memories. i’m also dumb ecstatic i have someone to spend these hot days cooling off with, falling in love one sunset at a time.
