we got one of those deep cleansing rains tonight in charlotte. the type that can take the humidity away when the clouds part. it felt nice getting a small taste of fall while walking bagel after the storm. when i came back, i decided to go through my closet and give away clothes i didn’t need. i ended up with about 2 and a half trash bags loaded into my trunk by the end of the night. everything felt so de-cluttered and refreshed when i was finished that i decided i would let go of everything that was bothering me and go live a life i would be proud of.
we’ll see how this goes.
