eating breakfast every day for the past week and a half has me feeling great. then walking bagel 30 minutes after feels good. it’s not too cold, not too hot, and it makes me feel productive earlier in the day. after the walk it’s the gym. after the gym it’s lunch, and then writing and recording. with the podcast coming along, i’ll have another medium to express myself. the longer i keep this up, the sooner it’ll become second nature.
consistency is the key to improvement. all i’m trying to do is be better.
