i watched the state of the union tonight and at one point president trump acknowledged otto warmbier’s parents. they were broken down in tears. it was sad man. i still remember being in panama talking with uva students about the situation and finding out some of them knew him. i knew someone who knew him, and of course he knew his parents. crazy how connected we all are.
i hope they find peace sooner rather than later.
