two-a-day cardio, 4.9.18

i walked bagel today, the usual 40-minute walk. came back, recorded a few moments with ratha david loun, then took bagel to reedy creek for a 2 mile jog/walk. it felt good, matter of fact, it felt great. that might have been my first taste of a runner’s high if there ever was one. i’ve heard people talk about it, but never have experienced it. if that’s what it feels like, it’s a good feeling. the best feeling though is the feeling of health and wellness, which is what i do cardio for. that, behind the fact cardio is good for bagel’s sake.
