it’s nights like this that make me love sports even more. andre ingram, after 10 years, got the call up to sign with the lakers for the last two games of the season. he spent a decade in the d/g league. he never gave up and he got the call up! dreams do come true. during the rockets game he went 6-8 for 19 points, 4-5 from three. man, i haven’t been this hype over a lakers game in years. i can’t believe nobody ever gave this man a chance, because most times all some of us need is an opportunity. a chance to prove yourself is almost as important as the work itself.
perseverance is an underrated trait. congrats andre, you’ve got a new fan in me. i’ll be rooting for you no matter where life takes you. thanks for the inspiration.
