i’m loving the world cup. it’s a shame italy isn’t in it, but that doesn’t stop me from enjoying all these back to back games. i’m not claiming to be the biggest soccer fan, because i’m far from it, but i love world-play. i don’t watch league-play, but it’s something about the biggest stage, a global stage, that makes a spectator such as myself appreciate greatness.
again, it’s bittersweet, but at least in two years i get to see italy in the uefa.
