needing access to the basement, a couple of
coworkers and i hit up zamir to get access. we go to the basement and get our
necessary supplies for the day and as we are on the way up, zamir asks if we’ve
ever been to the top. none of us have, so we dropped our belongings then he
took us to the roof. once we got up there, everything was so bright. it was
silver metal everywhere. after dipping under a few bars, the scenery opened up.
it was beautiful to see cambridge from 6 floors up. i’m pretty sure boston was
in the back somewhere, but i couldn’t tell the difference even if i knew. we
spent 5 minutes enjoying the views, before heading back down to the lab.
nothing like a trip to the roof to break the monotony of a wednesday.
