i saw a commercial on mtv fall of 2012 for a show called underemployed. it looked so good from the advertisements i kept seeing. when it premiered, i watched the first ep and fell in love. the show is about 5 friends who recently graduated college and are going their separate ways, together (if that makes any sense). i never finished watching the show, but mtv released season 1 on dvd before cancelling it. i bought the dvd and it’s been sitting around the house for 8/9 years at the point. with my new portable dvd player, i began watching underemployed again and it is so fucking good. i kind of don’t want to finish because i know there is no continuation wherever the story ends. the first season was healthy, too. it’s 12 episodes, 40 minutes each. regardless, i’m going to finish this time around. it’s been so long since i’ve watched that i’ve forgotten a lot of details. it’s almost like i’m watching for the first time again.
