my brother took me to a comfort food buffet tonight in raleigh. i think it was called grandson’s, or grandfather’s, or something to that effect. it was hella good, but that’s besides the point. as we were in line to pay for our buffet, a well-dressed black lady comes and asks if she could get in front of us to tip her waitress. we didn’t see anything wrong, so we let her in front of us. as chan and i were checking out, we cross paths with her again, and she asks if we are twins. i’ve never got that with him before, but we answered no. she asks how old we were and we both responded with our ages, respectively. she told us she thought we were much younger, and we thanked her for the compliment before walking to our table.
literally, my brother and my dad get mistaken for brothers, but we’ve never got mistaken as twins.
maybe it’s me, or my arrogance, but i don’t think i look like any of my siblings lol.
