woke up at 7:30am. work at 8:00am. saw ms. cherelle. came home. walked btg. neighbors dog ran up to greet bagel. felt pretty good as i got good sleep last night. went to the gym. worked chest and triceps. felt good to be back. went to food lion. bought 5lb bag of carrots for bagel. drove to walmart. bought car air freshners, pasta, sauce, and deodorant. came home. walked btg. cooked spaghetti. cleaned dishes. browsed amazon prime video. started watching orange county. washed work clothes. took a shower. ate last bag of bbq chips. saw a dog’s way home trailer with dog who favors bagel but isn’t as good looking. now writing.
