i sent money a track last night after i finished recording for his thoughts. the reason why i hit money with a track is because he knows the sound i’m going for, we’ve made music together, and most importantly, i trust him. he said the energy wasn’t there at times and gave me a recommendation to hit the studio as soon as i wake up. i just got done recording, and it sounds a lot better after taking in his recommendations. i gotta send him an updated version, but i will after i rerecord the hook as well. it pays to have people in your corner that believe in you, yet are honest when you aren’t tapping into your potential.
ironically though, i could never repay them back.
