the lingering rotator cuff, 2.14.20

i woke up with a kink in my left shoulder/collarbone. it has felt tight all day, but i thought working out would loosen it back up to normal. i was wrong, hella wrong. half-way through my workout, doing flys, i started to feel pain stemming from my shoulder blade to my shoulder to my rotator cuff to my collar bone. i had to cut my workout short, but hopefully some stretches will be beneficial as i’m supposed to hit urec tomorrow with dbaze.
