when i worked at firebirds, i only ate two things
for lunch. one was the smoke house burger, the other was the firebirds pasta.
tonight, i went out with my mom to get all the ingredients for the firebirds
pasta. i found a copy cat recipe a few years ago, and i’ll be making it again.
this will be the first time i’ve made firebirds pasta since leaving charlotte.
i’m excited because it’s delicious (duh), but also because the recipe makes a
lot so i’ll have some leftover for lunch at work.
it’ll be a nice break from all the salads.
