i ran to the asian store off of north tryon to get some ingredients to cook thai garlic chicken. the thai chicken was a quick, easy meal to make. it was simple, yet tasty enough to warrant going out of my way to get the ingredients. i’m beginning to like cooking, so long as i have the recipe. this is much like legos. i didn’t like legos until i was given something to build along with the pieces. i never thought i’d enjoy cooking, but maybe, just maybe cooking is my next hobby?
