i was walking on the sidewalks with btg and i always look at cars and the drivers behind the wheel as a precautionary measure. today, there was an older explorer and girl texting on her phone. she was looking down at her phone with no hands on the wheel! bagel and i kept walking and i hear a ‘scurtch’ sound seconds after she passes us. i turned around and she had drove on to the sidewalk about 10 feet behind us but corrected herself! wtf, talk about a close call. i hate people that text and drive consistently. it’s poses a threat to everyone in their immediate vicinity.
