i stopped in a grocery store while driving that i have never seen before. it was called sudbury farms. i wasn’t looking for anything in particular, but i figured i’d check it out. when i walked in, it was like a movie set. the store was so beautiful. from the lighting, to the fake wood flooring by the meats, to the flower shop in the corner by the bathrooms, i felt like i was walking in a different dimension. it was a stunning vibe. it’s gotta be the first grocery store to make me feel some type of way, but yo, that setting was something i had never experienced. it’s crazy how interior design and lighting can elicit an emotional response, but that’s the power of shape, space, and imagination.
you just had to be there.
