i need to slow down on eating fast food. i went to mcdonald’s for lunch today. i got a 10piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce, a medium fry, a quarter-pounder with cheese, and a large strawberry banana smoothie. it’s making me move more sluggish and i’m getting a slight belly. cutting down on fast food and involving more cardio will get me right for the summer. instead of giving up candy for lent, i should’ve went ahead and gave up fast food.
which, now that i’m thinking about it, i’ll do for the month of april.
