the guy responding to our emails responds mad slow. with money leaving, apparently there were a few miscommunications between the company and us. intially they thought we all were leaving, but we cleared that up by signing a release for money to have his name removed from the lease. for some reason, that took like 2 weeks. then yesterday, we receive emails saying they are sorry to see us go. i’m like hold up, what’s going on. i call their office and am on hold for forever. so today i decide to pull up. i ring the doorbell to the office and a lady walks in, sees me, then walks out. smh lol. on my way to work dono tells me he got a hold of someone and gives me a number to contact the guy who has been emailing back and forth with us. i call, and guess what? skkkkkkkraight to voicemail. you would think in this pandemic they would hop on good tenants ready and willing to pay, but they playing. smh, hopefully we can get this lease debacle resolved soon.
i can’t wait to own my own place.
