my dad and i left work early tonight at around 5:15pm. because work has been so hectic, we have been staying past 6:00pm. when we got out the parking garage, it was still light out! i think partially because we got out earlier than usual, but also because the days are getting longer. as we are driving home, i see a cloud of smoke from the other side of the highway. seconds later, an suv emerged from the dissipated smoke spinning. eventually the suv hit another car who had slowed down. it happened so quick and because it was on the other side, we kept driving. it was scary to say the least. i hope everyone involved in the accident makes a full recovery with minimal injury if possible.
i’ve never actually seen a highway accident happen in my life before tonight and i hope to never see another one.
