i bought egyptian cotton sheets from bbb a little over 2 and half years ago. those sheets were the greatest sheets i done had, but this past week a rip developed and grew extensively large throughout my sleeping. i needed to find another set so i went to bed bath and beyond after work tonight. the company, wamsutta, doesn’t make egyptian cotton sheets any more. i looked for their thread count, but nothing over 500 was in a size full, so i settled. i got home, washed the sheets, and put them on my bed. they are not the same smh. it’s nice, but not as nice as the egyptian cotton. the fabric also isn’t as thick or silky if that makes sense, but i spent money so i gotta do what i gotta do, which is make use of it.
maybe i should upgrade beds, that way it’ll give me an excuse to buy better sheets.
