monday's after work, 3.15.21

i walked bagel for 3 rounds after work. it was windy assssssssssssssssssssssf. i fed him after. just hit the 552’s for a nice chest/tricep workout. i’m about to eat rice with chicken tikka masala, shower, then hit chan up.

simple monday routines that’ll get lost in translation if i don’t write about it.
