this leap day has not been kind to my sports teams. duke lost in a nail-biter against virginia, and the lakers got whooped by the grizzlies. man, at least it’s saturday and i get to do a facemask, cut my nails, and clean my room. i’m a firm believer in two things. take care of yourself and the world will take care of you, and a clean room, a clear mind.
rest and relaxation is important, hitting the reset button with a candle burning in the background in the dark does wonders.
