watched wade’s last game in miami. got emotional. watched mavs vs suns. turns out it was dirk’s last game in dallas and he’s retiring. got emotional again. players from my childhood are retiring left and right. like the ogs say, nothing lasts forever. gotta learn to adapt to the nature of life, which at times means appreciating the greatness while you can.
thanks to dirk and dwade for giving me so many moments and memories after all these years. can’t wait to meet you guys at some point in this life of mine.
