late lunches, 8.18.22

i actually enjoy late lunches. i ate around 1:30pm today, which is typical. i’m the type of person who has to get something done before i leave a spot. for example, when i’m writing a verse, i have to finish it before i close my laptop. it can take an hour, it can take 4 hours, whatever the case, i must finish it. same thing when i’m in the lab, i gotta see it through to the end before i leave. i also don’t like leaving just to come back, so bringing things to a completion is also for peace of mind. i got here around 7:30am this morning, so i think i’ll just leave after i write this.

it’d be terrible to have to go back in there now, but good thing i won’t be.
