in the lab straight, 11.21.23

i got to work at 9am, then headed into lab. i didn’t leave lab until 3:50pm with the exception to go pee. i got home, just walked and fed bagel, now time to go to the gym. i’m exhausted but turning discipline into a habit is worth more than what rest would be right now.
