i woke up without an alarm at 6am. i felt good,
but didn’t want to get up. the next time i opened my eyes, it was 7:10am. the
second time i woke up, i felt groggy. of course, i got up and brushed my teeth.
i took bagel out after i got dressed for work. after a detour, we just got in the
office. because i still feel tired, i must beg the question: did i get too
little sleep or did i get too much sleep?
i’m not asleep right now and that’s all i can focus on.
