i hooped after work for 2.5 hours today. i was gassed. i need to work on my shot and my drive. really just get back to muscle memory for shooting. other than that, the endurance needs to be improved, too. heart health is just as important, if not more, than anything else. the zion’s i’ve been wearing have been rubbing my pinky toes a little raw. maybe i should wear thicker socks, but i’ve been wearing my nba’s. if it keeps happening, i’ll have to switch hoop shoes. i’ve been tempted to try the 37’s, so maybe this is my excuse to do so.
but if i switch hoop shoes, that means i need to wear them, which means i’ll have to spend more time on the court, which means i’ll be improving my cardio, which is a good thing.
