there’s a girl i went to high school with that i’m connected to on social media. all she’s ever done (since high school) is talk about how good her life is and how spoiled she’s become. i always wonder about people like her because i’m not sure if they are truly happy, as is the case with most people on social media. i don’t subscribe to the notion one has to be private in order to maintain happiness, but i do believe privacy brings peace, which can bring happiness. seeking attention oftentimes is a result of the opposite.
although with that being said, i hope her life is what she says it is.
along with the rest of social media.
