according to some of my coworkers and the weather
updates on the radio, a heatwave is coming tomorrow. though i hate humidity,
these next few days might be the closest i get to home this summer. i’m
definitely trying to make it back in october for the state fair, but i’m not
sure if i’ll be back before then. life is so different than it was last year,
but perhaps getting further away from home is an idea i’ve subconsciously
avoided due to fear of the unknown.
i’m embracing everything thrown my way lately, so hopefully next year will be much different than it was this year.
