for the past couple of days, i’ve been obsessively watching videos on the murder of a unc student in 2012. she was killed 5 days before bagel was born on september 7th 2012. chapel hill police have said on multiple accounts, initially and recently, that they are 100% sure they will make a conviction and solve this case. it’ll be 7 years this upcoming september and i’m left to wonder, what is stopping them from making an arrest? is there more information they are looking for, or what’s the case? i love the confidence they speak, i’m just not seeing it at the moment.
i really hope they solve this case in the near-future. the murderers deserve punishment, but more than that, the family deserves closure.
