a customer came in fuming today. she was pissed because she came in yesterday and put in a preorder. today, somebody was late opening one of the stores, so the truck was late, and her food for her preorder wasn’t here. when i apologized and told her the truck was going to be late, she said she was pissed because she lives quite far away from our plaza location. after 2 minutes, the truck pulls up and i just hand her off to david. all in all, i could tell she felt bad going off on us because at the end of it, she told us how our meals have helped her lose 10lbs so far and how she loves coming here.
