i woke up this morning to domo tagging me in a facebook post. it’s our friend anniversary, and we’ve been facebook friends for 11 years. thats a long-ass time, to be honest. but what’s wild is, we’ve been homies for longer than we’ve been ‘friends’ on facebook. that’s family for real, for real. later in the day, lance texts me and says he’s been looking at old pics of the old house and that he misses me. i miss kempsford and lance, too. i know he’s doing big things in london though, and plus, i told him it’s going to be shorter than two years before we kick it again. my brother for life.
i’ve been blessed with friends i consider family, and we’ve all been down since the jump. this ain’t nothing for social media. this ain’t nothing for the moment. this is for life.
