first sunday without football for the next 7 months :(. to ease the pain, i watched a football life: bruce arians. i do the fat burn program on the elliptical, which is pre set to 38 minutes. each episode of a football life is 42 minutes, so i average 1 episode per elliptical session. i’ve always respected bruce arians because he is such a players coach. plus he’s a groovy guy from the south from the way he talks to his kangol hats lol. bruce arians definitely a character for sure, but i really respect when he said to his staff if they miss a dance recital, a basketball game, or anything involving their kids, that he would fire them. football is great, but family is even greater.
none the less, congrats ba on your first superbowl championship.
