we were out to lunch in new hampshire when we got to talking about property. dad showed me a few around the area, and even those were 500k. i was thinking of getting one to rent out, preferably a multi-family property. three-family joints in lawerence/lowell are like 700k-950k. i could afford one of those, but the thing would be purchasing the actual house. from what i hear most buyers are paying cash and are waiving inspections. i refuse to waive inspections and i for sure cannot purchase one of those properties in cash. i have to do my research, but next year should be the year i own my first property.
i will make this money somehow, and it won’t be dealing with the commute and politics of a 9-5.
i just refuse man.
