i launched a new page on my website titled excerpts from my life. i began with a batch of 4 stories. i took a couple of those writings from my archives and i wrote a couple of them from present-day memory. before i made the page public, i reread each of the 4 stories. i thought of how amazing those stories are to me and how unreal they seemed as truthful as they are.
as a writer, there are many stories i can write, but there are some things in life that only the universe can pen.
