date coincidences, 12.5.24

there are these covid tests that are on a small counter right by the laundry room as soon as you walk in the house. for whatever reason i picked them up today thinking they had to be expired so i could toss them. when i looked, the date was december 5th 2024, which so happens to be today. i was like wtf. i should’ve tossed them but i was so caught off guard i put them back on the counter and walked away. like what’s the chances?

i should probably go buy a lottery ticket huh.
