cooking chicken thighs, 6.18.18

chicken skin is so good, even better on chicken thighs. chicken thighs are one of the tougher parts of the chicken to cook, but if you get it right, it’s delicious. i’ve cooked thighs before, but tonight i tried my luck at bone-in chicken thighs with skin. it took longer to cook, and when i thought i had it done, i cut into the thigh only to find out the insides were still pink. i cut the thigh and browned the remaining pieces for a few minutes. i added sauce and veggies, and it tasted pretty good. i’m going to look for other techniques to cook chicken thighs for the remaining two i have left.

back to the drawing board we go.
