i had a customer come in 2 minutes before closing hot as hell. he said he had bought 2 meals from plaza, then his wife tried to return them to park road location, but they made her buy 2 more meals. he then said the food tasted like shit, but claimed he never opened the meals. there were gaps in his story, but he wanted a refund for both meals. he kept getting assertive but i told his ass i couldn’t work with him if he had no receipt or no meals. he kept saying he wanted a refund, but eventually he stormed out the store. i locked the doors and closed up shop. what was i supposed to do? give you cash with no exchange for product or receipt?
