i bought bagel a jacket for our winter walks for christmas. i measured him according to the sizing provided, and it was big on him when we opened it on xmas. a few days before the new year, i ordered the same jacket, but one size smaller. the second one came in and fit perfectly. i’ve been lazy to call for a refund, but i hit them on the customer service chat today. the lady said she would refund me, but didn’t mention returning the item. when i asked about returning the item, she told me not to worry about that and to donate the jacket to a local shelter. i was amazed at how sweet of a gesture chewy recommended.
what a great company chewy is, wish more were like them.
