i’m trying to wake up earlier, so logically, i have to go to sleep earlier. i adjust bagel’s time to eat and time to walk during the fall/winter, so i don’t know why i haven’t thought to do the same for myself. this involves pushing everything up. instead of eating dinner at 8 or 9, i’m attempting to eat dinner at 5 or 6. schlack’s family used to eat at 5:30pm growing up and i always thought that was borderline lunch time. almost a decade later, now it’s me eating at that time lol.
