i got mail today. the envelope was hand-written with my name on it. i opened it up and it was a thank you card from the lady who sold my parents the dryer they bought for me. she wrote a note thanking me for the business, signed it, and included her business card. with everything electronic and technologically convenient these days, i forgot how nice it is to get hand-written notes. it made me feel so thankful.
i wish we as a society still participated in these things as much as we did years ago.
time changes, i guess.
