cardio days, 8.25.21

i think i tweaked something in my right shoulder. idk if it was because of the gym or if it was because i slept on it wrong. years ago i used to sleep on my stomach, then i went to sleeping on my back, but now i sleep on my side so it’s plausible that my sleeping form could be the cause. i also don’t put my head on a pillow, so that could play a part as well. regardless, i didn’t want to risk injury so i did cardio today. i went 20 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the stairmaster, and then i did 4 sets of decline crunches. seemed like a light day, but i’m already beat.

smh, looks like i gotta get my wind back up.
