i was at fitness doing mid rows when i got a call. i looked at my phone and the number wasn’t in my contacts. 9 times out of 10 i don’t answer calls from numbers i don’t have saved. oddly enough i decided to pick up. it ended up being b. bruh. that shit made my day. i told him i’d call him back in an hour when i was done at the gym. after i got out, we spoke for half an hour. i haven’t talked to him since december of 2017 when i was driving to work and he told me not to quit lol. it amazes me that after 10+ years he remembers my phone number by heart, that’s some real shit.
ironically the last time i picked up a number that wasn’t in my phone, it was b, too.
except that was a collect call then, it’s from an iphone now.
